This company sucks. They do not have experienced staff to even place a wound Vac. The answering service is a joke. The on call "nurses" don't ever call back. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing most of the time. The lack of oversight is abundantly clear. They need to really look at the quality of service they are providing for home health.
Del Cielo took excellent care of my mother on home health for years!! When it was clear we needed more help they helped us transition her to hospice care. The decision to put my mom on hospice was so difficult but the staff was there every step of the way to guide us and let us know we were not alone! I am so grateful for the care they provided and would definitely recommend their services if you’re looking for some help!
They did a great job carding for my family
Two years ago my siblings and I lost my father. These people aggressively promise to care for your loved one,when in reality they only see dollar signs. As many of us have and have had bad tastes in our minds due to them failing to care for its patients. I'm so glad father did not enter their facilities . Everyone from cleaning to higher ups, have positively the worst employee staff. They never do anything they commit themselves to. Excuses after excuses..never Changes same let downs all the time.
