Sorry to say is I thought Del Cielo was a good company for my mom, but it turned out I never knew of a company that would hold on to a providers decision then to pay attention to the clients voice especially when she was in need for someone to listen to her. This company choose to ignore her decisions and still kept the provider on even though the client wanted someone different.
