There are roaches in the bakery section crawling on the bread. I bought a jello that had a fly in it and when I asked them to exchange it for one with out a fly they said that I put the fly in the jello because the fly was still alive. This place really needs to get shut down for how dirty it is. The customer service is horrible and they treat customers like they don’t matter

I went to this market because someone recommended to me the restaurant they have in the back I order a Torta de Milanesa de pollo with cheese when I got the torta it wasn't Milanesa it was only grill chicken and no cheese but I got charged .50 cents because the torta is not coming with cheese everything was about 20 dlls and I have to get back to work didn't have time to complain at the store so I call the store 2 times first one I ask for the manager and they hang out on me second time someone answered when I ask who I was ... read more
This place has terrible customer service and is disgustingly over-priced. I bought 4 lbs of skirt steak and it cost a little over $80. Not to mention i got there and the person who was there first, a black man, was completely ignored and my order was taken first. When he expressed his frustration, that he just wanted his ox tails cut in half, they declined to help him and made their shitty customer service seem like it was his problem. I'll never be returning here again
