I came here for a haircut. My hair was below waist length, and I asked for a trim with a heavily layered haircut. She told me we couldn’t do the layers, which was fine, but I still wanted a small trim. She then said my hair had to be cut up to here, and it was all the way to my shoulders. I said no, that’s way too much, and she smiled and laughed. Then I told her, yeah, I don’t want it short..just do a small trim, maybe an inch max.
