My husband recently purchased a $250 jacket that needed only a sleeve shortening, but this place completely ruined it. The alteration work was extremely sloppy, and the tailor had a very poor attitude. What made the experience even worse was his complete unwillingness to cooperate or offer any reasonable solution to fix the problem. I wasn’t able to get his name, but he was an older male tailor. Took a few tops here to get altered and wow, so glad I did. The work is super neat and you can tell they actually care about getting it right. And the guy who does the alterations? Such a sweet, well-mannered person, genuinely kind and easy to deal with. Everything fit perfectly
