Took a few tops here to get altered and wow, so glad I did. The work is super neat and you can tell they actually care about getting it right. And the guy who does the alterations? Such a sweet, well-mannered person, genuinely kind and easy to deal with. Everything fit perfectly
I have such a hard time finding pants that fit both my waist and my thighs. I bought 2 pairs (2 different sizes to account for normal fluctuations of being a woman) and brought them to Mr Kim to adjust the waistband. I am leaving on a trip soon and asked if they could be ready in a few days and they delivered! You couldn’t even tell they were altered and I am so excited to have basically custom jeans
This place RUINED my dress. I came in to have the bottom of my brand new dress (with tags on it) hemmed and when I came to pick it up it had 8 huge stains on it. When I talked to him about the stains, he told me he didn’t know how or where that happened and it wasn’t his fault. I tried it on in the store before hand and he still denied the stains.
