Del amo gardens has gone down from the beginning in the early 2000s. They have been through many management changes. Les Frame mgmtwas terrible especially Delmy. She could care less about helping anyone she told people if you don't like it move Brad the current property manager says that to people as well which we all feel is very rude because we paid to live here and they paid a manage it they try to avoid communication with us they pick certain specials to allow rules to be broken on and others they go overboard and really... read more
