I signed a contract for twice yearly maintenance with Del Air. When I called in May to request my second service, they rescheduled me to October-which is an 5 months after I was supposed to have service. I was originally sold on this service plan by a Del representative as a twice a year service -it ended up being me paying for two services per year and getting one per year. Poor management of customers!
They are the ones that are supposed to service my unit until they decided it was too far for them to travel. Well that's nice. Thank you for that. They serviced me for years. Didn't even notify the customers or even give us an idea who to turn to with our product. Thank you for your lack of professionalism!!!
After hurricane Ian, our AC broke. Because Del-Air serviced the AC in March 2022 through the warranty, we called them to come repair the unit this time as well. The call for service was Sunday. We were scheduled for Thursday, we provided our full address during the call, and they confirmed that they had the address and read it back to me.
