Del-Air installed my A/C 5 years ago. Back when they were owned by the team members, the customer service was great and prices were good. Now that they are owned by Astara Capital Partners, something really went wrong. I called due to an A/C issue. They said no warranty can be found and it would be $2200 for the labor for the air handler unit plus $2-3k for the parts. I called another A/C company for a second opinion. I made an appointment to get an estimate to have my a/c replaced. The appointment was set for Wednesday between 10 and 12. No one showed and no phone call. I called them to find out what happened and they said it was canceled for some reason. I made another appointment for the next day from 12- 2. Guess what, no one showed and again no phone call.
