Great training. I have been training consistently and love the results. I love the fact that I can train at a time and place that suits me. My training is tailored towards my goals and my needs. Highly recommend.
With little children and a part-time job, fitness is sometimes hard to prioritise. Dekstars Personal Training makes it easy for busy mums by arranging a convenient time and location. As a trainer, Derek is the perfect blend of laid-back but tough: he keeps you accountable when you need to be! I highly recommend engaging him to see results in your fitness.

I've been taking personal training sessions with Derek for over 10 years and really enjoy it. Prior to that, I was going through the motions of attending gym, but never really liked the impersonal environment and I often lacked the motivation to train properly on my own. By contrast, Derek tailors each session to help me achieve my personal fitness goals, taking into account my physical (and mental) well being - which is a moving target !!!.
