They told me an oil change would only take 15 mins. After an hour I’m still sitting here.
This business is unprofessional, disrespectful, & untrustworthy. I took my car here for the regular inspection, it passed safety but when it came to emissions the tech (a Hispanic man looking to be in his early 30s) said the engine light came on & should be fixed. I paid for the inspection, being told I could return to have it finished for free. I had the car looked at & learned that because my engine takes longer to turn over, the tech had turned the key all the way too quickly, causing the "check engine" light to appear. I... read more
