The worst experience I've ever had. The first time I went, I walked into the office and told the man I wanted to get emissions testing done on my car. He very rudely said, 'OK, your car needs to be inside,' and walked away without saying anything else. Since I had seen someone earlier drive their car out, I figured it was my turn. I drove mine in, and the man started yelling at me over and over again to the point that I felt really stressed. I didn't want to go back, so I sent someone else, but they also had problems.
