Today I went to get my car inspected at the Plano location, off of Parker and Independence. Crystal was the inspector and she was so nice and helpful, not to mention quick but thorough! She was extremely friendly and let me know I could get my sticker at the Tom Thumb in the same shopping center! Thanks Crystal for saving me time and for your services.
For me, extremely fast and honest. Or at least did not try to sell me on windshields wipers or something like that.
I've been coming to this Dekra station ever since it opened. Maybe I've just been lucky but I've always received fast & friendly service. I just had the emissions inspection today & David couldn't have been more professional & friendly.
Posted prices are deceptive. Was charged over $100 for an oil change when the posted price on the wall was $79.99 (which is already on the high side for a synthetic change.) Will never go here again.
