I needed to get my daughter’s car and my car done and it states it was open at 8am, so we get there around 10:45-11:00 and guess what????? NO ONE TO BE FOUND and the little clock they had on the orange cone said they would return at 1pm……totally unacceptable and I will NEVER do business with them.
Did the employee have a flat tire today as well like on the other post? Past 0800, no employee and my time wasted. Change the time online to be accurate or hire people that can be on time for their job. I came here specifically because it states you open at 0800.
Very quick and professional service.
Either adjust the station hours or be there on time. I showed up at the advertise opening time today (8:00am) and the place was closed... waited for 15mins with three other cars and then left. Went to Take 5 Oil Change down the road (which also does emissions) and they took care of me. Went back after my test, to see if DEKRA was open, and they were still closed at 8:43am.
