You have to wait a long time to get called back. Then once in a room, you wait a long time. When you’re done, I went to the pharmacy to get my medicine. They haven’t called it in so you have to call them and then have to wait on the medicine to be sent to the pharmacy. Timeframe over 2.5 hours at doctors office.Then had to wait at pharmacy for them to call in the medicine. I want to say that all the staff was very nice and respectful. No one when they are sick or in pain wants extra inconveniences with extended wait times.
Wonderful team of women. Got my daughter in 30 minutes before closing to make sure her ear felt better.
Cannot seem to figure out how to run someone's insurance if they are double insured, no matter how many times you hash it out with them. Neither one of two visits I've had there have solved the problem I've had. Still receiving bills from a year ago that I was assured were handled and now I have to waste even more of my time either calling them or showing up in person because they can't even put up a website to handle a bill online.
