My wife is so sick and showed up an hour before they closed and they turned her away and told her the could not see her because they was about to close. She tried to explain how sick she was but they just pushed her out the door pretty much! I am so mad at this place! I wish I could speak to the owner! We have 3 kids and she can’t just go to the Dr any time. She had to plan the time
If you do not get there at least an hour before they are supposed to close they will not see you no matter how sick you are or how much pain you are in. I got there at 7:15pm and they are supposed to be open until 8. They refused to see me and said it will have to be morning. You do not close at 8 if you are refusing people at 7:15.
I wasn’t feeling well on Friday and wanted to get ahead of a sinus infection, so I visited Dekalb Urgent Care and Wellness Clinic—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a professional and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable right away. Autumn Coots, CRNP, was truly amazing. Woke up very sick, got there and they were very friendly. Got me in and gave me shots. Highly recommend them.
