I will never go there again. I brought a fleet vehicle. I was helped by Isaac. Isaac was rude, disrespectful demeanor about him. I asked him if they check it. He yeah if they approve it. If not it will be sitting right there where you left it until you come back for it. I was waiting at the counter for Isaac to check in the vehicle & get my name. Had an awesome visit to Family Tire in Morehead city about 10 days ago! Took my Honda Ridgeline truck in with a leaking tire. I limped in and went inside where I was immediately greeted and assisted. The kind gentleman took my keys and about 10 minutes later gave them back and said "No charge!" I was surprised and offered to pay but he politely said "This one is on the house !" Made my day for sure !  This is my third visit to this store and all have need FIVE stars!!! Keep up the good work ! Alan L

"I've been extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mavis Tire and Auto. The service has been far too slow, and it’s been unprofessional to see how much time it’s taken. This has really taken a toll on me and my family, as it keeps us from being able to spend quality time together, and it’s honestly left me feeling pretty down. I hope they can improve their efficiency, but right now, I can’t recommend them."

Horrible business. Do yourself a favor & don't take any vehicle there. The manager is incompetent. They will try to upsell you. They do not know the meaning of an "appointment". This business should do the residents of Royersford a favor & leave....

If you are looking for excellent car care, Mavis is the place to visit to satisfy your needs. I have not had any regrets with their services. Reasonable prices, quick quality service and friendly customer service. Best car care in Sylvania Ga Sharteshia J.

Was quoted $334 for 2 studded snow tires and installation (including the studding) which was supposed to include tax and all charges. I actually paid $359. They had me pay a $25 deposit not mentioning the $334 was after deducting my deposit resulting in me paying more then they quoted Additionally they claim I was getting a discount on my tires when in fact it is the regular price when checking other tire stores and they charge more for studding then the other Mavis store that is local. Just went to Mavis Tire in Coram NY on Middle Country rd. yesterday. I called on the phone about low tire pressure on one of my tires and Mickey told me to bring my car right in. When I arrived I met Neil who took my info and got my car looked at by the mechanic. Seems just one of the tires needed air. All the tires were checked. I was nearly due for an oil change so I had that done. Mickey and Neil could not have been nicer ! I drove home feeling very comfortable that I had a very positive experience at Mavis !
