I came in last minute on a Saturday to get my oil changed. Other shops in the area turned me away since it was near close, but the store manager Demerrius got me taken care of. He was very courteous and professional. Great customer service goes a long way and I'll be back because of his service.
Great experience at Dekalb Tire! My man went above and beyond for me. I pulled up before they were even officially open, and instead of making me wait, he went ahead and took care of me anyway. That’s what you call real customer service—looking out for people and doing more than what’s expected. I truly appreciate you, bro!
