I'd Went 2 ER Very Ill & Severe Ear Ache. Was Told 2 Buy OTC Ear Drops $10 Didn't Work. Next Week Went 2 Clinic. Very Thorough Caring Dr. My Ear Was Flushed Ear Wax Removed. Hearing Better Antibiotics & Predisone. Was Much Better After Meds. Clinic Is Much Better Results Than ER Drs. Listen & Care Same With ALL That Work There Short Wait & Top Of Line Care. Nothing is worse than a fever on a holiday and showing up the next morning feeling awful. The check-in process required multiple questions but was on par for the medical service requested. Initial triage went quickly. The nurse practioner was professional, asked all of the right questions, and allowed me to give input on treatment. Because I was feeling poorly, I appreciate how they emphasized when and where to get follow-up care and when to seek emergency care if things did not improve. We went here for little brother because he was getting bumps all over his body and we didn't know what they were or why he was getting so many every day, after waiting in the waiting room we got pulled back and got asked the basic questions then told to wait again for the practitioner we waited for probably a hole hr and a half! When the practitioner did finally come back to see us she pretty much said she doesn't know what they are n doesn't know what to do saying she was going to send a different practitioner in to look at... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Walked in with my 9 month old and managed to keep her calm for an hour while waiting just for some lady to walk in 45min after we did and be seen right away. They make you do a call for pre-screening and if you can't pick up they move to the next person even when you are sitting in the waiting room and just don't have signal or can't answer when juggling a cranky baby.
Been waiting for almost 2 hrs to get in. Have seen 4 people go back that came in after me. Staff claims they were MyChart people. BUT....... 2 of them came out and stated they couldn't believe how fast they got back there with being " a walk in".
