I was not informed about the cost of my procedure until the day before. Information was shared that I would have to pay a costly amount, or submit to the insurance company for possible coverage. Did not provide enough time to make accurate decision on proceeding. I was told of a prescription after procedure but not submitted to pharmacy. We called the office but no answer, so voicemail was left.
