Every staff members was so nice and made Me feel extremely comfortable from the front desk, vitals, prepping, during and after My Colonoscopy Procedure with Dr Stern who expertise was perfectly executed, exceeded My expectations. From the receptionist to the prep area, the care here was exceptional. A nurse attending another patient stopped to bring me a warm blanket when I was cold; that says it all. My own nurse Jasmine was amazing. The whole team exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was great. Asking all the questions to confirm. Checking and double checking. I can't say enough good things about Dr Balistreri and staff. I was referred by my primary and knew I was in good hands the second I met Dr. Balistreri. From the doctor, nurses, anesthesiologist, to Jamal who wheeled to my car. 5 stars for them all. Thank you!
