I am having a problem with a letter that was sent to me on May 5,2025.. I am trying to reach Ms. Shantell Stewart . No one will give a phone number to contact her. I was told that she is the head of this department. I have spoke with three people in this Dept.

Dekalb water department the water itches terribly.when we takes showers this has been going on for a while now. several members of our household is having this problem after taking a shower. We have family and friends who are also experiencing this issue. We've changed bath soap, lotions, even add filters to our shower heads and we still itch.. the itching at times is unbearable. Dekalb County water department you need to test the water you are sending into people's homes.

I called with a question about a property my company owns in Decatur the first thing I heard was “Give me a minute I will get rid of this caller”. Then the CSR claimed she could barely hear me and that she could not call me back when I asked for her to call me back… contradictory claims? You cannot hear me and you cannot call me back when I ask you to?
