Then they put the order in but the day you receive the confirmation does not count towards the three business days it take for the actual water connection (email received at 8 am). Then you start emailing them to understand the actual day you can start living in the new place and the only reply is "the connection will be done ASAP". Never had a problem with DeKalb county water . So guess I will leave 5 stars
They are never open - not even on a Wednesday at 11:00. They were supposed to call back between 24-48 hours and they never did. They are not to be relied upon.
Paid my bills every month on time, actually add extra to it. Closed the account out about a week ago. And now in order to get my refund, I am told that I must show proof of date and times of payments and that I made them. My last Bill that I received from them I had a credit of $ -334.77 bill dated 8/21/25. All the payments I made came from my checking Account , I verify my last payment and sent in a copy of my bank statement and if someone really care they could see all the other payments came from the same account.
