Paid my bills every month on time, actually add extra to it. Closed the account out about a week ago. And now in order to get my refund, I am told that I must show proof of date and times of payments and that I made them. My last Bill that I received from them I had a credit of $ -334.77 bill dated 8/21/25. All the payments I made came from my checking Account , I verify my last payment and sent in a copy of my bank statement and if someone really care they could see all the other payments came from the same account. Having 3 employees seated / standing in the lobby talking to each other and make me seat for over 20 minutes and can’t help me is ridiculous to me. Very poor customer service!!!

Dekalb water department the water itches terribly.when we takes showers this has been going on for a while now. several members of our household is having this problem after taking a shower. We have family and friends who are also experiencing this issue. We've changed bath soap, lotions, even add filters to our shower heads and we still itch.. the itching at times is unbearable.
