Paid over $500 for a tag just for them to ship it to my old address as If she didn't understand that I said I no longer live there, then make me write down my new home address just to NOT send it there. The mail will be return, and I'll probably get a ticket if I don't get the tag and registration before the temporary expires. Stop hiring people who can't comprehend basic work.
Agent Lonnie Almomd Jr was so professional & kind. My mother & I were at the tax office changing over my tag & he walked us through the process swiftly. He not only was helpful but we both were impressed how he single handily quieted the crowd down without any disrespect.
