Very disappointed with DeKalb County’s Property Tax/Tax Commissioner’s Office. The original post-appeal adjusted bill was never received, and the first notice we received already included penalties. We checked the online property account, but the adjusted bill was not shown in the normal Tax Bills/property summary section. I was later told it could be found only under “Make a Payment,” even though there were no instructions directing taxpayers there.
