Horrible customer service. They don't care because they have a contract with the municipality here in Sycamore. ADDENDUM: I had contacted WM online (because they don't allow for a live conversation). I explained that the driver did not fully empty the recycle bin because they are in too much of a hurry. This has happened multiple times before as well. Never use WM auto pay, never trust what the agents tell you on the phone, never rely on them to do the right thing.
You didn’t service my dumpster 3 months in a row and still expected me to pay. What service was I paying for?? A dumpster to sit full for 3 months?
