Horrible customer service. They don't care because they have a contract with the municipality here in Sycamore. ADDENDUM: I had contacted WM online (because they don't allow for a live conversation). I explained that the driver did not fully empty the recycle bin because they are in too much of a hurry. This has happened multiple times before as well.
