5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Seems like there's some spots on my car, specifically the hood & driver side door handle, where paint remover may have accidentally gotten on the surface and removed paint. 4.5 Star : Customer Service The customer service was great! The initial communication to set up and schedule the repair was easy, but then the communication once the car was dropped off was lacking. However, once I called and asked for updates, the communication via text and phone was great.
