0 Star : My Experience The whole reason I took my car to this collision center was because I was told they could handle working on a Mercedes after so many other centers said they could not. In the end they still were unable to fully fix the car and I have to go to the dealership after having my car at this center for three weeks. It’s just very frustrating to keep getting the run around.

5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Seems like there's some spots on my car, specifically the hood & driver side door handle, where paint remover may have accidentally gotten on the surface and removed paint. 4.5 Star : Customer Service The customer service was great! The initial communication to set up and schedule the repair was easy, but then the communication once the car was dropped off was lacking. However, once I called and asked for updates, the communication via text and phone was great.

5 Star : My Experience This was the easiest car repair I’ve ever had. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and professional. My car was completed ahead of schedule. Words can’t express how much I recommend this place. Thank you so much, customer service goes a long way!!!
5 Star : My Experience The only thing that I disagreed with was that I paid with a credit card and I was not told that I had to pay extra for using a credit card but the work was Awesome!!!
