5 Star : My Experience The only concern is that the day I dropped the vehicle off with the tow truck , instead of the receptionist politely asking the driver if she could be if assistance , she was a little rude in rushing out to him and say you can’t leave that here , before giving him a chance to explain the the owner ( me was coming across the lot and indeed had an appointment . She had a solution for having my car repaired because I was unable to deliver it. She came to my house with a driver and picked it up with paperwork in hand for me to sign. She was compassionate about my injury and worked with me to get my car repaired while I was physically unable to drive.
