Great apartments to live surrounded by grocery outlets, restrau nts, cafés, fast food centres , gas stations, parks etc., Me & my husband living here around 3+ years. Work orders will be resolved quickly. No roaches or any issues. Apartments are well maintained than many apartments that are available around Norristown. People who live here will not ready to leave because of great maintenance and response from leasing team. We also have events most often like gathering for everyone and spend some Funtime for kids and adults.
The older buildings are getting dirtier by the day . Maintenance ignores orders but you see them standing around the property all day hanging out. The regional manager Paul Mcgowen tells you to reach out and he never answers, responds or follows up .
If Only I Had Known All The Pest Issues Before Moving Here.. SHEESH. “There is asbestos in the walls so you cannot drill/ mount anything in them” Are Y’all SURE About That?? My sister is a resident here at DeKalb apartments. Her apartment is simply put, ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! THE RESIDENTS ARE QUITE AND I COULDN'T TELL IF ANYONE ELSE WAS LIVING HERE BECAUSE IT'S SO QUITE! 5 star apartment home INDEED!
