Great property. Staff is amazing.
The rent is so ridiculous for a 1 bedroom. This building is exactly what’s wrong with NYC. High rent in crappy areas and they can’t even fix the problems in the building because they don’t care. They don’t care about their tenants at all. Great job helping in ruining nyc.
