We are new to Kaiser. I took my daughter in for a routine well check. Dr. Vandaloo entered the room without any introductions, did not look us in the eye, headed straight for the computer and started asking routine medical questions. She has zero bedside manners. Not sure why she wants to be a doctor if she doesn’t want to deal with patients. She didn’t even do a physical examination on me and just stared at me from a distance. Would not answer any questions. Terrible doctor.
I've been going to Doctor VanDeloo for 3 years and she always takes time to answer all my questions and has never rushed me(or my wife) at all. She really cares!
She seemed like she was in a rush the whole time to get me out of the office and move on to another patient. I wanted to talk to her about another issue other than the main reason I came to see her so I wouldn't have to pay for a whole different doctor's appointment and she didn't have the time for that at all. Not even time to say, Is there anything else I can help you with? Overall not personable at all, bordering on rude. She even talked fast. This was my first and LAST time seeing her.
Dr. Vandaloo has the unique ability of being incredibly professional as well as very personable. She listens intently and treats with great care and wisdom.
