Had a small issue with my original order and the team were so helpful, going above and beyond to replace it with a new pendant. Literally came 2 days after first messaging them! The new pendant is perfect. Will definitely be ordering from them again for my next child and other beautiful pieces. Such a well made beautiful piece that I will cherish forever
The first time I went for my daughters fingerprint, it was beautifully made and service was great! I have since had second bub and reached out to DJ Marc via emails, text, calls and even reaching out on social media but have since not got a response from anywhere. I wanted to see if I could get it done in person as I did last time as opposed to online. Disappointed to not hear anything back, can’t reach them at all!
10/10 customer service even before a purchase was made. Nadya provided me with quick and helpful advice about the product i was looking to purchase. Can’t wait to get my piece!
