Thank you Deja Marc, you and your team were amazing. My Mother and I organised a heart fingerprint and engraving and it was done in record time thanks to the team. It was posted and made my daughter's birthday last Friday. I am so appreciative of this and we truly love the result. Had a small issue with my original order and the team were so helpful, going above and beyond to replace it with a new pendant. Literally came 2 days after first messaging them! The first time I went for my daughters fingerprint, it was beautifully made and service was great! I have since had second bub and reached out to DJ Marc via emails, text, calls and even reaching out on social media but have since not got a response from anywhere. I wanted to see if I could get it done in person as I did last time as opposed to online. Disappointed to not hear anything back, can’t reach them at all!
