I've been very satisfied with having Dr Chapman as my primary care physician for many years. At times it feels as though she hurries through the appointment but I suspect that's a product of the demands placed on her time by the group and/or insurance industry. She is sharp, knowledgeable and a good communicator.
My annual visit was professional and informative. I feel Dr Chapman talks too fast, if she could slow down during her conversation I wouldn't feel so rushed as a patient. Because I'm trying too grasp all of the information during my visit.
Polite and efficient office staff. Dr. Chapman was very thorough in explaining observations and results relative to my physical. Dr. Chapman's office staff arranged for a hearing specialist to contact me for an appointment, and the specialist called to arrange an appointment. Very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Chapman explains things in simple terms, and shows that she genuinely cares about my concerns. I was really impressed that my appointment was on time and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
