The DR was great. Very personable.
This was my first E-visit. It went very well, things went exactly as the receptionist said they would. Dr. Chapman spent plenty of time with me.
I have been a patient of Dr. Chapman's for almost 20 years. I trust her to provide my care and I like her as a person. She clearly cares about her patients and it shows through in her behavior and demeanor. I'd love to invite her to dinner!

While my appointment was at 0800, I wasn't taken back until between 0810 and 0815 - I would prefer this office ran closer to schedule.
We had a telehealth visit scheduled and 30 minutes after the scheduled time I reached out because we had not heard anything or received a link. I have no problem that the dr. was running behind - but there should be some mechanism in place that lets you be aware they are running behind.
