I was scheduled to have a nose procedure at 8.30 am , and to take a valium 30 minutes before, the prescription which they never called in and i had to chase down the day before, . I get up very early to be there and find out after a 20 minute wait that she had an emergency patient, and would be awhile before i could see her, this from a rather fresh staff member. I got angry and asked why they didn't call. I was told i could wait without "attitude",and then she refused to see me at all. NASTY!
Dr. Leake is a highly skilled surgeon with a concerned and highly competent staff. My results have been excellent. The experience was gentle, thorough and compassionate. I cannot recommend Dr. Leake and her staff highly enough.
