I had all over color & highlights $250+tip. She did a great job. 7 weeks later went for root touch up and was left under the dryer for approx 15 minutes past the timer going off and trying to get her attention. Finally Shampoo Girl acknowledged me and shampooed it out. Color was too dark and completely covered my remaining highlights. Stylist was crazy frazzled and charged me $120 for the touch up and blow out. They don't accept tips on the charge card any more; they did my previous visit? Wonderful experiences here. The staff is very friendly and I leave always feeling better! Update: Came back to get some gift cards for the spa and got a pedicure while I was there. Amazing service as usual!
After spending almost 300 dollars there, I left with my hair worse than when I went in......not happy at all. Lost a client.
Disappointing experience; I had a scheduled appointment at 4:30 pm. I arrived at 4:20, checked in, and sat in the waiting area. A walk-in shows up with two boys four haircuts, requests the stylist I had an appointment with and gets taken as a walk in. It’s now 4:37 pm, I approach the counter and wondering why my time wasn’t respected and now I’m waiting. Very disappointing experience to say the least.
Great full service salon. Very attentive. Easy access very clean. I get a facial at this spa regularly. Love Tiffany!
