Dr. Duncan receives a 5 star rating. However this huge new facility is poorly mismanaged and only receives a 3 star rating. Not only was my appointment 30 minutes late there were several others with late appointments one lady over 40 minutes. This is extremely disappointing considering the demand for growth required a huge new facility, you would think they care about patient satisfaction and are extremely efficient.
