If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a premium Thanksgiving centerpiece with candles for thanksgiving. Unfortunately, a coffee mug with flowers in it was delivered. I called and spoke to Morgan. Not only was she snotty, obnoxious, and lacking any sort of sorrow, she also didn't apologize once through the conversation, or offer to make it right. I have gone to Dehn’s for 2 proms so far and Tina has made the MOST AMAZING bouquets!!! She has even made boutonnières to match. Stop by, you will not be disappointed!!! Next up, graduation flowers!!!!

Giving them 1* is too high of a rating. The worst store anywhere. Worst customer service I have every experienced. The woman at the Ballston spa store would not try to look up my order, gave no helpful suggestions, did everything possible to make their error my problem, and used every dirty trick to make their failure my problem. Refused to try looking up my order and then once i complained enough she did confirm the order but refused to make it and said she did not have the proper flowers in the store - Right!!
