Very nice person that quotes the job but the workmanship was terrible. The wool rug they cleaned has a spot on it now that wasn't there before and the whole rug is a darker shade than it was. They also cleaned carpeted stairs and left lines in the carpet on every step. I called and they sent the same couple out to redo everything with no benefit to the rug and it lightened the lines on the steps but they are still quite visible. Liz was so easy to work with and extremely communicative. Showed up on time and got everything done no problem and very fair prices.
Fantastic! Wonderful customer service. They called to confirm a week prior and the day of service to confirm and remind me they were coming to clean the carpet. I appreciate this so much as some people either don't respond or remember the appointment. They were prompt and left the house in better shape than they got there.
