I recently had my first body work session at DeHart Studios with Janet DeHart. Wow, Janet is such an intuitive healer, I love her integration of energy and body work. I felt very energetically held during our session. I asked her to do a bit of deep work on my glutes, it was just the right amount of pressure and the area has been feeling much better since then. I also love this space, such a sweet and relaxed vibe. So grateful to have this treasure in my neighborhood.
Janet has an amazing spirit that connects and heals. Worked with her through some back issues and she was invaluable.
I get exactly what I need, and more- every time I see Janet for a session. Her work is undeniably one of the best in town- it's like magic.. A mixture of what you know you needed, sprinkled with her intuitive sense of delivering what you had no idea your body was craving.
I've known Janet and seen her for her wonderful massages for years! She truly has a therapeutic touch and helps me relax while allowing my body to heal and recover from workouts, stress, etc.
