We wish there was a zero star rating. There was great communication at first and we even trusted him enough to give him a $5,000 down payment for the work. A few months after that when the work was suppose to start we called, texted, emailed and even sent 2 certified letters, with no response back. Finally he answered a phone call months later and agreed to return the $5,000 with lots of excuses.
