First time home buyer here and Doug was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and made everything go smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time time home buying experience. Would definitely be going to Doug again and recommend him to all my friends and family.
My wife and I met Doug through a mutual friend and we're so glad we did. Doug is a wealth of knowledge, expertise, super friendly and was on top of everything! He made this process so easy and understandable if we ever had to sell or buy again it will definitely be with him! We highly recommend him and his team.
We purchased a home with the help of Doug DeGroot in May. Doug helped us find just what we wanted in a home. Doug was professional and communicative. Doug negotiated the removal of a hazardous tree on the property and made sure we had a radon test completed with the home inspection. This saved us from moving into a home with unsafe radon levels. Radon mitigation of the home was completed before the sale of our home. Doug was on top of everything.
Business must be slow. The guy was really rude to me on a cold call. I wouldn't sell my house with you if you were the only realtor in Tampa. Except there are 2.1 million of you.
The DeGroots were amazing. Doug and Jenna were excellent communicators. We always felt like we knew where we were in the process. They have an incredible amount of knowledge in all the areas needed (house staging, selling, buying, etc). This team goes above and beyond to help their clients. They even let us use their trailer to haul things away , so we didn't have to rent one. They work quickly and efficiently.
