Degree HVAC refused to come back and service the units they installed. I asked to speak with owner and **** refused to transfer me. Very poor customer service. Will never use them again!!

We are not disputing the review. We did refuse service due to our past experience with the customer.
As a real estate inspection consultant, I've reviewed their work for clients. Always clean and neat installs. They did an install on one of my properties and I couldn't be happier.
Our AC went and our Home Warranty said it could possibly be 3 or more days before abtech. Picks up the kob. I explained that was unacceptable due to my husbands health problems. He's a heart pt and his heart was working overtime. He also has other medical problems. The next day a tech. Showed up and he was an awesome young man. He worked on it and finally got it to kick on but told us that the compressor is on it's last leg. Not the news we wanted but at least we were told the truth.
