This was my conversation with Bob after arriving to my home for Warranty work on a 4 year old Rheem system. FYI, It cost me over 6k for the new/replacement unit (Installed by Degree), connected to the Warranty work. The warranty repair/ was a $40 Capacitor replacement part. When Degree (Bob & Ryan) arrived to my home on a 114 outside temp, (inside my home 93)., i directed them to the AC unit. Had a whole system put in our home 2022. My mother had her system replaced 2024. Use them for yearly check ups. Thermostat we bought on Amazon went out and they installed a new one. (2025). Easy to get a hold of good service.
Both Bob and Ryan were incredibly helpful at a very stressful time when my HVAC died. They responded quickly, identified installation issues as well as solutions on how to proceed. Friendly yet very professional. Entire system including furnace was installed the next day. Highly recommend this team.
They have great service and explained everything along the way. Made it nice to know what they did for the service! We signed up for a 5 year service contract. Totally worth it!!!!
I had them installed AC & Furnace last year, a year ago. Their free maintenance check up was done today and the job by Jose was excellent. I am impressed. I highly recommend them.
