The owner, Dave, came to inspect our hood. He returned the next week to throughly go through the system and clean it! He replaced parts and screens that were needed to make our old hood work properly! We look forward to partnering with Degreasing Engineers to maintain our hood for many years to come! Amazing experience!
Today (08/11/17) is the 3rd time I have called to request a cleaning service for my business. This is also the 3rd time my call has gone unanswered and unreplied. On previous occasions, when we do get ahold of someone and get an appointment setup. Degreasing engineers has called us last minute, to cancel.
