scratched my brand new truck up on side and hood. very obvious brush scratches. manager denied all. beware.

Have never had much problem with the drive through car wash so I decided to give the full detail a try for an anniversary present for my husband.......what a complete waste of money. 7 hours.....pick it up....still has dried wax on it. Wheels and tires not touched. Chrome that they said they really worked on looked like they hadn’t touched it. Still spots on the interior plastic, door jambs not touched and still dirt all around doors on interior.....I didn’t expect perfect but 7 hours and $200.....no....save your money!
Wish they would’ve washed my vehicle and not scratched the sides of my truck & mirrors and broke my antenna and left dirt still on & under my truck

They have done a beautiful job remodeling my family’s Oscar’ Speedy Carwash. When my car wasn’t completely clean, they allowed me to run it through again. My only issue, is the screaming to put the car in neutral.My family did not scream at their customers.
They did a great job detailing the inside of my car about a year ago. Will def return to get it cleaned out again.
