Dealt with Joe in service department. Easy to drop off tractor. Joe met me on the lot. Knew exactly what was needed, why I was there. Very personable. Joe worked to schedule ahead of time. Verified parts availability ahead of scheduled drop-off. Too bad others are this ahead of repairs and Scheduled maintenance.
