Food is not great area needs to be better maintained overcrowded people leaving things everywhere at least kids don’t mind and have fun Personnel is oblivious to what happens there bathrooms are not well kept
This one star is given only to the manager and the host because they are nice. Pizza is thin and taste like cardboard. Most of the kids said that and some didn’t even finish. No kidding. Your party room isn’t available until the eating time which is mean even you have two hours party time but you only can use the room for one hour. The jump time is also not too welcoming when you book the birthday party there. Compare to other trampoline places, I will never choose SkY Zone again, especially Woodbridge location. I bought a membership and canceled it cancel it within two weeks I find out that they’ve been actually charging me $33 points $.99 for the past four years when I ask for a refund they won’t refund me a penny they they are thief
