My mom has been going here for ±6 months to address her recovery post-knee replacement, and it has been a lifeline for her. Top-notch physical therapy and massage therapy, but also a team that has gone above and beyond. Julie, in particular, has been outstanding - addressing issues that were at the core of her problems and, perhaps more importantly, being a constant source of positivity and encouragement in the recovery process. Judging by the other reviews, my experience is an outlier, but worth sharing regardless. I had an initial appointment at Defy that went pretty well. I scheduled a series of follow up sessions, and was told I'd receive a personalized plan within 3 days of my assessment. A week went by with zero contact, and I called to inquire and cancel my first follow up, as I obviously hadn't done any of the prescribed exercises.
