I sprained my ankle pretty badly playing soccer and was really worried I wouldn’t be able to run the races I had coming up. But with Jasmine’s help and support, I not only recovered but was able to run a race I had signed up for just four weeks after my injury! The clinic atmosphere is amazing, and Jasmine’s expertise and encouragement made all the difference. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about this place. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
I have the pleasure of visiting the Defy Sports for massage with Alexie, she is truly the best! All the staff are friendly, accommodating and polite. The atmosphere is great! Facility is very nice, open and spacious. Just recently started seeing Dr. Burzin for Chiro and am very much looking forward to his program. Highly recommend the Defy team.
Meh, it's ok. Just kidding!!! Defy has been great! Easy location off the Hanlon, easy parking, hassle free payments, online booking, email and text reminders make the logistics great. But the best part is how friendly everyone is - especially Jess. She seems very knowledgeable and has set up a good plan for home exercises and explains things very well. I was surprised how quickly I started noticing an improvement in my arm. There must be a reason why virtually all of Defy's 300 reviews are 5 stars!
Very professional and insightful. This is my third rehab experience through Defy. I would reference them to anyone looking for physiotherapy.
