Elliot was amazing I literally lost my phone , he was on it in 3.2 seconds , patient with me and very understanding got underneath the trampoline and found my phone and made sure I was okay the entire timeeee , I literally think this place is the best very clean very nice & transparent staff 10/10 !!!
Good place, bad service I had/have a membership which I cancel since March they still taking my money i cant get hold of anybody who can help me with the cancelation and when I’ll try to manage the membership through the portal I can’t see anything, I looks like I don’t have membership anymore but they still taking my money!
