Defy Hair is beyond my favorite place to get my hair done! Hannah is an amazing, talented, & knowledgeable stylist that is always down to do something fun! Super safe space for the LGTBQ+ community!!
I’m a trans girl who hasn’t gone to get a hair cut in a couple years due to my fear and bad past experiences. I wasn’t exactly sure what i wanted going in but Audra was very kind and helped me talk through what i wanted and what might look best on me. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Hannah at Defy Hair MPLS for years, and I couldn’t be happier. She’s skilled, consistent, and always takes the time to make sure I leave with a cut that looks great and works for my lifestyle. On top of that, she’s super easy to talk to and creates a relaxed, professional vibe. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who really knows what they’re doing!
My hair came out exactly how I wanted it, smoky lavender highlights that will fade nicely with my natural hair color. Claire knows fun colors, and I enjoyed spending time with her.
