I love her straight forward approach, yet she is kind and good with the children.
I have been taken my son to see her for 10 plus years. We have had no problems. She takes the time to listen to what is going on as well as to what my son has to say. A+++ with special needs.
Been coming here 7 years. Ms DeFranco is a amazing doctor and is really excellent with kids. Amber the receptionist is also so very sweet and pleasant. I never had an issue, they are all very pleasant. Best pediatrician, Nd gives your child the best care.
Disappointed in our first visit, reading the reviews I thought she would more friendly. Neither her or her PA introduced themselves and didn't ask many questions for meeting our child for the first time. She certainly has no fear of skin cancer and has long acrylic nails(how to do hold babies?). Could use a dehumidifier in the basement office also. Wont be returning sadly.
