Totally Unacceptable This was one of the worst experiences I have encountered in my many decades. Buying the car was easy, but customer service was far below substandard! One particular manager even had the audacity to tell me that I only had a "perceived problem" and he had NO problem! He was insulting, degrading and condescending to women! I wouldn't recommend Kendrick Nissan to anyone considering looking for let alone thinking about purchasing a vehicle!!
Run, don't walk away from this company! The entire experience with this dealership is horrible on every level!! If you read the other reviews, it appears consistently substandard!! Is it any wonder Marty Kendrick is no longer selling Cadillacs? My guess, Nissan will be or SHOULD BE soon to follow. Spare yourself the pain and agony. Life is too short for such misery.
Buyer Beware! Hopefully my complaint with the Better Business Bureau will be more productive than my own pathetic attempts at customer satisfaction! The term "BBB" should speak volumes to all those who read this!
1 They are liars. Flat out. Once they have your money or your signature they couldn't care less about you. I regret doing business with them, and will not be repeating my mistake. Just filled out a complaint with the BBB. Wish I would have seen this page before doing business with them.
