I arrived at my scheduled appointment early and submitted an updated insurance card. After waiting for over 1/2 hour I was then informed that my files needed to be updated where I then filled out ALL the paper work then retuned them to the assistant. (normally this is done in advance in an effort to be more efficient, not a 1/2 hour after the scheduled appointment time) After numerous patients came and went it had been over an hour of being passed up that I left the office without seeing anyone.
